Hello,
Drive complete but still feel free to donate.
The drive was superb with 100's of super cool cars present. My AC Cobra got a lot of attention as well as my Jacket (Strangely).
Made some good friends talked about cars all day and laughed a lot. All in the aid of a good charity, that's not bad at all.
Again, thank you for all of you who have domated, really appreciated.

The drive is tomorrow, Sunday 25th!!! I'm back from Austin Texas ready to do the charity drive for Men's Health.
I've put the plates on and some Distinguished Gentlemans Drive stcikcers too. Just need petrol and I'm ready to go.
Please donate a little if you can, much appreciated. Thank you and all who have already donated.

Ready to return to the UK from Austin. Flight is a bit later today and now starting to think about the charity drive. Really looking forward to it. Car has been cleaned whilst I was away so just need to fuel up and go on Sunday AM.
OK, it's a Toyota Camry for this part of the trip, courtesy of Uber!

Flying to Austin today. Flight only delayed by 20 mins due to Queen's funeral.
Made some metal number plate signs with Ozzie's (12 year old son) sublimation printing equipment.
They came out really well. I cut out the curved number plate signs with an ordinary pair of scissors, well impressed.

Hi,
Just some last minute checks going on today before I travel to Austin Texas.
Usual things like Oil, Water and Tyre Preassures etc.
Ensured all the right tools are onboard too. Not that I expect to break down at all, this Cobra is super reliable. In case someone else needs my help then I know I can. There are some 49 cars doing this drive with me.
Steve
Hi,
If you've already donated to this charitable cause, thank you very much.
For more photos of the Cobra take a look at them here -

Myself and my son Tom will be travelling in style with our AC Cobra Replica.
This is a great replica by AK SPORTSCARS of Peterborough (https://www.aksportscars.co.uk/), traditional old style Ratchet Hurst Shifter. Painted in Imperial Blue Metallic with Wimbledon White stripes, and trimmed in the finest Muirhead Cream Leather upholstery.
This Cobra was built by a very talented engineer who even went so far as to make his own style Aluminium Rocker Covers out of blocks of Billet Aluminium so the detail speaks for itself. Powered by the legendary 5.7 Chevrolet V8 coupled to a Borg-Warner Gearbox with Ratchet Hurst Shifter all nicely fitted into a Stainless Steel Lined Engine Bay, 4 into 1 Side-pipes, full chrome bumper kit, Roll over Hoop, Stone Guards, Moto Litre Wood rim steering wheel and Full Weather Equipment. Over all an older Cobra that is still in stunning condition and looks a lot newer than it is with more attention to detail than a lot of newer cars. More photos at https://www.ac-cobra.co.uk/
Great initiative Steve! Safe travels and we're crossing our fingers and toes for good weather for you. Best wishes, Ross and Karen
Hope you not too jet lagged.
Have fun. Don't fall asleep!
Well done Steve xxx
